NNFP Visits Montana for Outreach and Communications Project
As part of a Conservation Innovation Grant received by the Swan Ecosystem Center, members of NNFP's team visited the Swan Valley to conduct interviews and shoot photos for a series of landowner profiles which will be used for outreach to landowners in the Valley. Out of this trip we also hope to develop business and organizational profiles that tell the story of folks working for sustainable forestry and rural livelihoods.
This project is part of a growing body of work that NNFP is undertaking to communicate stories of sustainable forestry rural job creation.

Sustainable Woods Network, the forest landcare activities (and wood products...) of BRFC, and FSC certification. The booth was an outgrowth of a collaboration of several partners in the Central Appalachian region focused on marketing of sustainably produced wood products.
